If you cannot come in for your monthly service, you can roll over the unused services to the following month. Your rollovers never expire. If you wish to cancel your membership, you can cancel anytime after your first monthly payment with an advanced-written 30-day notice. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one-time, $50 fee will be applied when you sign up for a membership. If you have any questions regarding memberships, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
